Sir,while working out in Gym my joints were paining...my gym trainer prescribed me "Renerve injection" once in 7 days....I am fearing that it might have some side effect which will ruin my health and physique....Is it a Steroid? As I am completely against any type of medicine while workout...Plz Advice me what to do? ## No, Renerve is just a vitamin B complex supplement, it doesn't contain steroids, or drugs of any kind. I have severe pain in my left shoulder, left arm till my ring finger. I get this pain mainly when im so tensed or stressed out suituation. Sometimes im getting this numbess at the wrist and the fingers too. Now a days the pain the passing to my head and pain is seen only on left side of the head. I have been diagnosed with herpes zoster attack to my arm nerves and still not recovered from the nerves pain. does neurobion infection helps heeling the nerve to ease the pain? some says it's not good while suffering herpes zoster. ## Neurobion contains Vitamins B1, B6 and B1, so it is a supplement. It will only help with pain, if it is caused by being deficient in one of these vital nutrients. Since Herpes is not caused by that, it is doubtful that it will provide you with much relief. I suffer from cervical stenosis. My neurologist gave me an occipital nerve block with Kenalog, which is cortisone, in Feb./14. This made me worse. I went to see my physiatrist and said this was bad for the neck. He wanted to give me maracain injections, but I refused because I was afraid it would give me more pain. Is there a pain specialist that can control my pain without making out like I'm seeking drugs? I've done everything except surgery. The surgery would be extensive. 8 hour surgery with intensive rehab. I'm tiered of trying to get the steroid shots because they can not do them as frequently as I need. Sir, I am 37 yrs old and diabetic. My blood glucose level is within limit. I am taking Pregabalin 75 mg BD due to continuous pains in my legs & feet. I am also taking 1 mg Glimpiride & 500 mg Metaformin HCI extended release tab in the morning & same in the evening also. Will taking Nurokind Plus injection give me relief from the pains? I have been reading some of the discussion threads and really would love your advice. So back in 2012 I slipped two discs with one that had a tear and I have spinal stenosis. Had wonderful docs that helped me get back to some since of normalcy. I had used Gabapentin for a period of time, then came off of it once I had an injection for my right leg nerve pain and numbness. Just a note, I have never been 100 percent probably not even 75 percent. There were times when the pain in my back was so bad, I would would just be angry. I have chronic pain and have tried everything: physical therapy,acupuncture , nerve blocks, steroid and non steroid injections, epidural a, pain pump, tens machine, I have herniated, bludging and bone on bone disks in my while back. In addition I have a large kidney stone that has to be removed. I have taken narcotics before and know that they work. Hi, I had a work injury back in 2012 and now have three herniated discs and nerve problems. I have been to pain management who have done injections and radiofrequency ablations but with little success. I can't take Ibuprofen due to a bypass and reflux issues and tylenol doesn't help. I was being given Vicodin but now no doctor will prescribe it due to all the new laws and problems with abuse and addiction. I have been faithful to my primary and pain management doctor and even have my insurance on board to make sure I am a faithful patient and not an abuser. I had gastric bypass in 2010 and am considered a rapid metabolizer for opiates. I have 5 herniated discs in my lower back and nerve disease and stay in constant pain. I have been to 9 pain management docs bc no one wants to take on my case and is scared to prescribed the amounts of medication I need to get through the day. I have tried physical therapy, injections and acupuncture all to no avail. I have a great doc now who is at least trying to help me and currently has me on dilaudid, soma, Lyrica, and suboxone patches most are three and six times daily. I have 5 children and that allows me to function daily with less pain than without. With the metabolizing issue I have no side effects or withdrawal symptoms when taken off, only with the soma I had to cut down to 1/2 of 350 mg 3 times...
