When reading through these post its important to understand the differnt levels of metabolism of each of these opiates along with different foods and different medications also interfering with the absorption of both. You can also use a SSRI like cymbalta to increase the absorption of all these opiates. I am a pain management physicians assistant. If or opiates do not work for pain you should be looking into nerve blocks and epidurals as part of your ongoing treatment with opiates. ...

Inneffective pain medication
I understand Darvocet may be taken off the market because of related deaths due to overdoseage and depression leading to suicide. I can fully understand these reasons, but I think we must look further. A medication that provides little to no relief of pain, such as Darvocet, may lead to depression and suicide may be the only way to stop the pain for some individuals. I understand this, I am contemplating suicide if I cannot get relief for the pain I have due to what may be a compressed cervical nerve root. Overdosage may not be related solely to the desire for the sense of euphoria, but to the desire for pain relief. I developed pain from T-1 across my left scapula and radiating down my left arm, with severe muscle spasms - at times it looks like someone stluffed an egg under my skin. I... ...

Charlotte NC Pain Management Doctors
Can anybody give me some advice or their own experiences with pain management doctors in Charlotte North Carolina? I suffer from chronic pain in my neck, lower back, and primarily in my left leg from a severe knee injury in '09. I broke my Tibia, Fibula, tore my acl, pcl, and the perineal nerve. My ortho surgeon said I had a 50/50 chance of having dropfoot due to the severity of nerve damage even if the reconstructive surgery went well. Luckily that did not happen, but I did have to have a 2nd surgery about 7 months later due to unexplained pain where my pcl is located and limited movement and strength gaining. The surgery was arthoscopic and although he said he removed more scar tissue than he had ever seen(what he assumed was causing my limited motion too), he said it looked like ... ...

Where Overseas can I find Modafinil?
I was given a prescription for Nuvigil, then Provigil, and my Insurance denied both of them. My Doctor prescribed it for Treatment Resistant Depression, which is Depression that has failed to be controlled by many (for me about 20) combinations of anti-depressants and then anti-psychotics and anti-depressants. Also, treatment failed for me by having 4 Electro Shock Treatments and then a Vagus Nerve Stimulator implanted in my neck to send waves to my brain to help the depression. I was still not functional. The doctor said to look into ordering Modafinil overseas. I called the FDA and was told this was legal as long as my Doctor had it documented in my records. I found a place and when I started treatment on Modafinil, my depression was lifted to the point where I was able to do things f... ...
