I am a 52 year old female suffering from kidney function disease. My creatinine level remains around 1. 8. My doctor prescribed nephrosave. I have been a patient of ulcerative collitis and have had a hip replacement because of degeneration of hip bones. Also have mild oesteoporosis. Is it going to be helpful for me to take nephrosave (taurine 500mg + acetylcysteine 150mg) ## My name is raghu. My creatinine level is in the range of 2 to 2.3 in the last 4 years and my serum urea level is around 55.. I have been taking Nephrosave tabs. I do not find any perceptible improvement in my creatinine level. Is there any other effective alternative?

Should I take nephrosave? ## can a patient with Blood Urea 70mgs and creatinin 2.5 take the drug Nefrosave?will it be useful to reduce the urea and creatinin in this patient? ## Nefrosave contains n-acetylcysteine 150 mg and taurine 500 mg, it most commonly used as a detoxifying agent. Hi.....Doctor, My doctor advised to take daily a tablet Nefrosave, since I am a patient of DM type 2 & HTN for the last 9 years ...my blood uric acid,creatinine,urea nitragen, lipid profile all normal in range but HTN sometimes 160/85 go & my HbA1C is 8.5. Taking medicines for DM like Galvus Met 50/1000mg = 2 times, Amaryl 3mg = 2 times, 1time Acrose(Glucobay 50mg) just started, for HTN drugs like Co-Diovan 160mg/12.5 1 time, Amlor (amldopine)10mg 1 time, Concur 5mg 1 time, Lipicure 10mg 1 time. my mother age is 49 years, she was suffering by maigraine headche from past 4 years,also have high BP problem, recurrent UTI, As per DMSA Scan ( scarring in left kidney with 7% working and right kidney is 93% working condition. Serum creatinine level 1.60. Uric acid 47, as per latest lab report 24 urine creatinine clearance range - 35 mg / 24 hours. Current medicine- Nephrosave ( for creatinine ), Febutaz/Febujet 40 mg.( Uric Acid), for BP- Calcigard retard 20 mg, metapure xl 50 mg, minipress 2.5 mg -2 tab. daily in night, telma H 80 mg. now the problem is headche attack frequency is sevior. please give ur seggetion what we can do?
