Need To See The Different Colors

I would like to know if the colors on xanax bars mean anything, like strength? I have seen the long bars with four lines to divide them in white, yellow, and green. Any info you can give me would be great, thanks. Also, if it doesn't say XR on the bottle then it shouldn't be an extended release bar no matter what the color is? ## I take the 2mg tablet bars scored x4 w/ what looks like PorR, 0, 3, 9 on each 1/2mg of the total 2mg bar of alprazolam by Purepac. This last prescription I got were white tablets with little green specs - one side has the letter V and the other side has 3594. I have only taken solid white tablets in the past for Hydrocodone Pills ## Hi Sandra, The one's marked V 3594 are simply made by a different manufacturer than what most people are used to seeing. Oblong white pills definitely seem to be the most commonly prescribed versions, while there are yellow, blue, pink, orange and green tablets as well. I've also seen the white ones with red specs. Keep in mind though that these colors and/or shapes are always subject to change depending upon the discretion of the manufacturer. I hope this helps!

I have only see the 0.25 which were white, the 0.5 I've seen 3 different orange ones and also a yellow 0.5. The 1 mg I have seen in blue and green. And the 2 mg bars I've seen in white, yellow and green. The white and yellow bars break in 4 squares. People try to pass off buspars as zanny bars.they are totally different and u couldn't pay me to take one of those. The green bars do only break into 3. I was taken peach 0.5 Xanax and now when I got home I notice that they are yellow. what is the different between the two colors? ## Hi tami, It sounds to me like the manufacturer could've simply changed its color without any prior notice. Either that or it's from another manufacturer altogether. If you know what the imprints are on each of the pills you're describing, I may be able to look it up for you and determine if they are what you believe them to be (Xanax 0.5mg). Although it's uncommon, pharmacies do make mistakes and I've seen it happen to other users here on the site. Oxycodone comes in many different shapes and colors. As many different shapes and colors that exist, there are just as many different manufacturers. No one pill is the same. The most common look I have seen for this pill is probably white and oblong with a score line on one side.
