why do we use naxdom 250

i get headache everyday on my right side and it comes as a slight pain and increases steadily followed by vomiting sensation it gets cured after 1-2 hrs of rest and doesnt appear again.......it occurs only once a day ## My Neurologist prescribed be for my migrane (severe headache). I want to know does Naxdom is for migrane or i have some other disease. ## To the OP, what time of day does this occur? Is it before you've eaten, after an exercise routine, after taking some other medication? There has to be something triggering such a problem.
