I was wondering if anybody has heard of a natural treatment which is supposed to halt hair loss and even cause a regrowth of hair. There are a number of resources online of sites that discuss old East Indian remedies for this. One recipe I heard of combines bay leaf, onion, and vodka. Others involve making an elixir which contains several natural oils and leaving them on the scalp for 1 hour to even over night. Can somebody offer good feedback and/or recommendations? There is even a manual for $35 which is being sold here. Any feedback would be appreciated. ## too have the same problem, i bought some hair treatment medication from the web

Has anyone had good luck using alternative natural supplements instead of taking Eliquis? I've been on it for 4 months and it just keeps getting worse. All over body pain and weakness. Chest pain. Messes with my BP. Itching. Can't sleep. Nausea. Tingling in legs. No motivation. Headaches. Hair loss. Eye pain. Can't gain weight. It's awful. Any advice or help would be appreciated. Thanks. ## Unfortunately, those are all fairly common side effects of Eliquis, according to the FDA, and in some cases, they have been so bad that people had to stop taking it. Warfarin is often used to prevent the same types of clotting issues, but it does require regular blood draws to check your clotting factor, and frequent dosage adjustments. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possib...

My grandfather went to the doctor and was told that he was most likely going to get leukemia. He is already diabetic and we didn't want to put him on chemotherapy. We did a lot of research and found this seaweed called fucoidan that has cancer cell killing properties. We ordered some of this. It comes in a bottle that you keep in the fridge. After a month of taking it, he went back to the doctor and found out that he was starting to improve and white blood cell count is up. This was a blessing. Just thought I would share where we found this information on the healing properties of the seaweed. Has anyone else heard of or tried this approach? Pubmed.gov lists numerous third party, independent studies on Fucoidan from scientists all over the world dating back to the 1970s. You can sea...

If taking Levothyroxine 50mcg can I take also Spirulina based pill to loose weight? ## Hi Dude, Is there anything else in the Spirulina tablet that is not considered to be a natural ingredient? Spirulina is an excellent nutrient dense food supplement, so all the power to you on having it at your disposal. If Spirulina is the only ingredient, then taking it with thyroid medication should not pose any risks in my opinion, as some studies actually suggest that it may be beneficial if you have low thyroid-related weight gain. I hope this info helps!

how long can we use this drug for treating hypertension ## I'm no doctor, but I am aware that with any of these prescription drugs, you will have to eventually cycle off of them for roughly a week after long term use to avoid building up a tolerance. May I suggest looking into some natural alternatives that don't have side effects or a need to cycle on and off? Try checking out certain 100% pure therapeutic grade Essential Oils. I personally used to have hypertension pretty bad, with doctors always surprised to see such high numbers; but over the past year I've been using some of these oils and changed my diet substantially and have normal blood pressure. Just wanted to offer my opinion and hope it may be of use. Please post back if you have any questions or comments about t...

I developed a severe fungal infection internally in my neck and vagina after taking natural wild organic mushroom capsules. I already had bacterial cellulitis in neck so this is probably why it developed there. I was choking on my own neck tissues n had a hacking cough. I My could feel the spores inside of my neck like tree roots n im not joking. My doc basically didn't believe this could happen n refused to prescribe antifungal. Luckily I had one at home anyway from before that I hadnt needed to use. i am very underweight and i need the list of drug names for curing my problem tellme the drugs ## There are no medications that will provide you with a way to gain weight, healthily. Even when doctors recommend something for it, they normally give a multi-vitamin to make sure you are getting proper nutrition, which is usually the largest cause of being underweight. Your best bet is to make sure you are properly nourished, by following a healthy diet and also follow a good exercise regimen. Also, some people are just naturally small and you may never gain much weight. This is the way my body is and I have just learned to accept it. I am a type 1 diabetic, and while following all medication prescribed by doc and adjust my lifestyle, I seek a more natural way to help myself. I stumbled upon this site called: "curefortype1diabetesreveal" and I am not sure if what it offers is real. Has anyone seen this before? They claimed you can cure diabetes naturally... any help/advice will be appreciated! ## Hello, Will! How are you? At this time, there is no cure for diabetes, it is a disease that can only be managed and controlled, according to NIH reports. Proper diet and exercise may enable you to reach a point where you no longer need to use medications to treat it, but it will never be a condition, under current treatments, that you can ignore. What medications are you currently taking?

Sleep Aid Drug Category

Hypnotic (also called soporific) drugs are a class of psychoactives whose primary function is to induce sleep[1] and to be used in the treatment of insomnia, and in surgical anesthesia. When used in anesthesia to produce and maintain unconsciousness, "sleep" is metaphorical as there are no regular sleep stages or cyclical natural states; patients rarely recover from anesthesia feeling refreshed and with renewed energy. Because drugs in this class generally produce dose-dependent effects, rang...

400 mg ## I have been prescribed metadine for a tummy bug?... I would like to know more about it and its side effects ## Hello, I'm having a hard time finding any information about a medicine by the name of "Metadine". Are you referring to Cimetidine perhaps? Based on my research, Cimetidine is widely used in the treatment of heartburn and peptic ulcers and belongs to a class of medications called histamine H2-antagonists. Histamine is a natural chemical that stimulates stomach cells to produce acid. Histamine H2-antagonists inhibit the action of histamine on the acid-producing cells of the stomach and reduce stomach acid. Cimetidine was approved by the FDA in 1977.
