I was in very bad wreck an insurance is not working an need help with pain an provide document ## @Countryblack, Sorry to hear about the wreck you were in. If you need additional assistance covering the cost your prescription for norco, there's always drug discount cards you can use to help offset the price. MedsChat actually offers a good savings card as well that can cut costs by up to 15 - 75% off at most pharmacies across the US. It's not intended to act as a substitute for insurance, but seems like it would certainly be worth a try nonetheless. You can view/print more details about it here: Rx Savings Card One other thing you ought to know is that many drug manufacturers also offer various types of patient assistance programs for those who meet certain income qualifications...

need a list and pictures of all narcotic pills to teach my teenager ## I am afraid that will be virtually impossible, at least on the pictures aspect. The reason for this is that when medications are available for generic production, there is no standardized shape, size, color or imprint. The US FDA only requires they have a unique imprint so the manufacturer, type of drug and dosage can be identified in case of emergency, but they are, quite literally, made by thousands of different companies, so there are thousands of pills on the market that contain narcotics and they all look different and have different markings. It would be simply impossible for you or your teenager to memorize all of them. Even doctors and pharmacists do not have them all memorized. There is a list on the DEA sit...

generic oxyconti 40mg/l612 white oval ## I could not possibly post, nor describe about all the narcotic pain pills that are on the market, there are simply far too many of them. That said, the tablet you are asking about is NOT Oxycontin, nor any type of narcotic. It contains 10mgs of Loratidine, a generic for Claritin, available over the counter and used to treat allergies. Is there anything else I can help you with?

how many 7 5 vicodin do you have to take egual a 15mg oxycodone ## It does vary a little based on your tolerance. Generally hydrocodone the active narcotic ingredient in vicoden 7.5mg is .6 to .7 the strength of oxycodone. However Vicoden also contains APAP or acetaminophen which when used with the hydrocodone will attack the pain through a different mechanism of action. The other issue is that the 7.5mg vicoden is extended release and will need to be broken down in order to be more equivalent of the instant release you get on a 15 mg Oxycodone. To answer your question it will take 3 to 4 (depending on your tolerance with opiates to equal a 15 mg oxycodone and you will have to put them in a folded up piece of paper, crumble them, and then put them in a small glass of water. Just had back surgery.my dr. left prac.2days after. referred me to southern pain spec.im in more pain now they presc. One month appt 15-20 days change meds. confiscate meds. thishappened 3times always new dr. ## Hi knute, Sorry to hear about your repeating situation with new doctors. I'm not sure I fully understand the gist of what you're saying, but it sounds like your best bet would be to find some other alternative form of therapy that can safely be used alongside what you're already taking. That way, if they ever do confiscate your meds for whatever reason, you'd at least have a backup form of treatment to help alleviate some of the pain. Have you ever figured out why they keep taking your meds from you though? Surely there's a logical reason for their action, if...

are there K/8 patches I have never heard of them ## Hello, Ash! How are you? I assume you're asking if they are Oxycodone patches and if so, no it is not available in a patch form. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I can not take any NSAIDs due to being a gastric bypass patient and there is too much of a risk of a bleed with these drugs.. I am already on hydrocodone so I can not take any other narcotic analgesics. Is there any other non narcotic chronic pain reliever out there to supplement the hydrocodone. Can't take tramadol now because NYS classified this as a narcotic. My doctor is going crazy trying to find something for me and has had no luck so far. ## Why can't you take another narcotic? They are very commonly combined to give someone better pain relief. People with severe pain are often given a long acting narcotic along with a regular or instant release one for breakthrough pain. But if your doctor doesn't want to combine them, you could switch to a different one that's s...

Does lyrica make narcotic pain releavers more lntensely felt ## Lyrica makes me feel drunk too. I couldn't even drive for a while until I slowly got used to the feeling. ## Hi Streak, From what I understand, Lyrica (Pregabalin) does in fact potentiate opiates. To what degree I'm not actually certain, but I'd imagine that it varies for each individual based on one's tolerance and so forth. However, in order to avoid possible overdose related symptoms in combination therapy, I think patients should always try to refrain from taking more than prescribed and maybe consider alternative ways to effectively manage pain along side their current regimen. This will help ensure that tolerance levels remain in check as well. I wish you good health! ## Streak' No it doesn't h...

Chonic pain been dianosed for over 10 years. Government regulation have made Doctors cut your medication by almost half and know it is not enough. Doctors are saying that the Feds are stopping them from properly treating especially chronic pain due to major trama and or illness. Can we legally get the meds we need from out of the country sources? ## No, you cannot. Ordering a medication from another country and having it imported into the U.S. is illegal if there is an equivalent approved medication here. Even if you are visiting another country and have something prescribe there, you are limited to only being allowed to bring up to 3 months worth of it into the U.S. with you. There are actually exceptions to the restrictions for patients with a severe illness that could be terminal, su...

Does anyone know of a doctor in WI that is willing to prescribe narcotics for chronic pain. I am a legitimate pain patient. I had twelve vertebrae fused and suffer from severe chronic pain that significantly impacts even the most simple daily activities. I have taken a large dose of opiates for a substantial amount of time (over 7 years) and metabolize the medication very quickly. My doctor is retiring, and I need to find a doctor with an open mind who is willing to look beyond the ignorant stigma surrounding narcotics and approach my treatment in a non-offensive way rather than immediately assuming that anyone who takes narcotics does so illegitimately. NEED A WI DR. HELP! WILL GO ANYWHERE IN WI. ## In Wisconsin, you actually have an organization called the Alliance of State Pain Initi...

How are you doing? Sorry that you're suffering. What type of doctor ave you been seeing?
