What is the shelf life of watson 385
I have had these for a while and don't know if they will hurt me, help me or just be ineffective. ## Hello, Greg! How are you? These tablets contain 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, this dosage is no longer being manufactured. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. If they are in a bottle as dispensed by your pharmacy, then they expire one year from the date they were dispensed, because those bottles expose them to the elements that cause degradation. They don't become harmful, but they do lose effective, so you should just dispose of them. Is there anything else I can help with? ## The DOD has done multiple studies on degradation ... ...

health effects of snorting percocets
i heard a family member is snorting percocets. He seems to be failing in health... could there be a link to this? help ## Yes, I would say there could be a link (unless your family member is dealing with an unrelated medical condition). Percocet is a very strong narcotic drug and they are highly addicting. There are dangers to having an opiate addiction, not to mention the hells of withdrawals. Probably the best thing to do for that person would be an intervention / getting them professional help for their addiction. So sorry to hear about this. Please post back if you have any other questions or information to add. ## I have been in pain from tolerable to severe for 12 years. My problem is a no narcotic seems to work as well as they used to no surprise on that. I have somehow never tak... ...

oval white pill with m538
Oval white pill m538 ## I believe the marking on the tablet in question was actually M 358 and it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it's a generic for Vicodin and is a narcotic analgesic. This medication may be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, constipation, dry mouth and drowsiness. Learn more Vicodin details here. Another note that needs to be added here is that as of 2013, the FDA has made a request that all manufacturers lower the amount of Acetaminophen in these combination prescription products to no more than 325mgs per dose. There are serious concerns about the dangers of liver damage and failure that can be associated with long-term use of high amounts, as well as the toxicity of overdose. Some manufacturers hav... ...

Is 60mg of morphine every 4 hours alot?
My Grandma is in pain and on her death bed. Her docter gave her 60mgs of morphine every 4 hours and she only ways 90lbs ## How is she doing? I am very sorry that she is in this condition. What you need to know is that it has been proven that high levels of narcotics to alleviate pain do not hasten end of life. Numerous studies have been done and there was no deterioration of anyone's condition under such circumstances due to the high levels of pain medications. Thus, it has been decided among the medical community that it is better to administer them to allow someone to be comfortable, than to let them spend their final days in misery. Learn more Morphine details here. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nause... ...

oxycontin 5 mg in comparison to oxybutnin 5
Oxycontin 5mg. Verses oxybutynin5 mg.IS THIS THE SAME DRUG? ## Hi, Tammy! No, they aren't related and aren't used to treat the same things, at all. Lorcet Vs Percocet
What is the medication with these markings IP204? ## This tablet contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, this combination could be considered a generic for either one, though many doctors refer to Lorcet as being the product that contains 650mgs of the Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic pain reliever, so it may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation. Learn more: Is there anything else I can help with? ## My apologies, it's been one of those mornings.
