I recieved a white rectangle pill with R039 written on it when I got my refill.. its an actual R not the P and i dont think it had a ribbon effect neither im sure its R, i cant find it anywhere and im hearing different opinions saying its fake and its real. Any mood altering meds should be tapered off slowly. Talk to your doctor to see how you should slowly adjust your dosage. Check your meds to see if they are benzodiazapines, like Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, Clonazapam etc (they have different names for the brand vs the generic, so check your meds to see what types they are.) They drugs can be addictive and do cause serious withdrawal symptoms. I had seizures when I quit Xanax cold turkey. I am now on Ativan, but a low dose that I only take when I REALLY need it to help with panic attacks and panic related sleeplessness. The more you take these meds, the less they work and the more problems they cause when you stop taking them. The bag I got this is had some Spanish names and the nae oxycodone. Now it's thicker than any oxy I've ever seen. It's pretty much what a mento would look in pill form, only it's chalky and has a bitter, weird taste. I took 3 and I'm fairly sure it's taking an effect gradually. Doesn't help that I toked a little but not nearly enough to make me feel the euphoria and slight blurred vision I'm experiencing. It feels like oxy but I'm still not sure, I suspect a placebo effect in play. But all I've been reading that matches my pill is oxycotin 5mg a generic brand. But I've also heard it's Xanax or whatever it's simply fake Xanax.
