Have been taking tamoxifen 20 mgs for 5 months and my life is unbearable. The fatigue is so bad that walking for 5 mins makes me want to sit down. Have no concentration am light headed and depressed. But for last few months I am taking 2 tab per day and the blood sugar is not comming down from 115 fasting and PP 145-150. Whenever I travel, I feel extremely fatigued. This causes sleep problem and I take alzolam 0.5mg (alprazolam) for that. Sometime when I am too tired, I take 1mg. This gives me good sleep of 5hours or so. If I do not take it , the next day is terrible and mind is not focused.
