Is Tecta OK to take with a heart condition? Or is Zantac better?
I have been experiencing a lot of heartburn in the past few months. I was quite concerned since I had a silent heart attack 2 years ago, and really had no symptoms nor any risk factors at the time .... So now I am worried every time I feel anything out of the ordinary. When I asked my doctor if it could be acid reflux, she said probably and gave me a 2 week sample of Tecta. I only took a few and stopped because I am going on holiday in a few days and don't want to experience any possible side effects. My big question is ... Could Tecta NOT be good if you have a heart condition? I read it could cause heart palpitations and so I am obviously concerned and wonder why my GP gave it to me. Or is it OK to take and that is why she gave it to me? My heartburn is still a problem. My husband ... ...

Beige Round Pill No Id
I found a bottle of beige pills in my kids room. There is no ID on the pills. From the top view the pills are round and from the side the top and bottom have a convex shape ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what these contain. We can rule them out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because they are required, by law, to have unique imprints to enable their identification. However, they could be any one of a large number of over the counter items, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Have you tried asking your child about them? ...

hello i have to take this medication for fungus for 15 days...is it a good product to remove that on my tongue. I took a lot of antibiotics over the past year and i was told is better an anti fongue...Can you clarify i would apreciate eit a lot. Since im a bit concerne of this white strips on my tongue ## In most cases, white markings like that in your mouth, which may appear on your tongue, gums or cheeks are caused by a yeast infection and yes, if this is the case, then it requires some type of antifungal treatment, rather than an antibiotic. Antibiotics can actually make the problem worse, since they do not discriminate and will kill both dangerous and beneficial bacteria. It may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, abdominal pain and loss of appetite. Learn more: Are ther... ...

Metoprolol Succ Er Is It A Beta Blocker
hello I need to know if this RX that I am on is considered under the "beta blocker" catagory or not? As I was on another form of blood pressure med that was under the beta blocker form. Can you let me know asap. thanks. ## please check out the side effects, I am trying to get off this med!!! ## Yes, Metoprolol is definitely in the Beta Blocker drug class, it is considered a selective Beta Blocker. What problems are you having with it? Some people are very sensitive to these medications and can suffer severe side effects from them, such as: nausea, dizziness, headache and abdominal pain. I was on it for a short while and had to stop taking it and switch to something else, due to the severe problems it caused me. If you are looking for an alternative to control your blood pressure... ...

Belly Fat
HI I AM 22YEARS ,I WANT TO LOSS MY BELLY FAT, KINDLY ADVISE ME ## It depends on the severity of the problem. Generally speaking, if you are young and the problem isn't too bad, go for a liposuction; otherwise go for an abdominoplasty. Moreover, avoid falling prey of anyone telling you take this, or that. There are no medications that can take you to loose fat selectively on the abdomen. You can get rid of belly fat shedding weight in any possible way; but if you are already fit enough and don't need to shed weiight, albeit minimal, then the trick won't work beacuse, if you have a very stubborn form of belly fat, you might even go underweight and still have your belly fat almost completly in place. Finally, just lol to anyone telling you of doing sit-ups, or the like. Doing i... ...

what s the difference between white and yellow hydrocodone
I read thst the yellow norcos have dye and the white norcos don't. One is fat soluble and the other is water soluble. What's the difference ## What pharm in chandler az still carries the white 7.5 hydrocodene ## Hello, Linda! How are you? Are you asking about the ones that were yellow, but are now white? If so, then the only difference is the removal of the dye, nothing else. Nik, I saw your other post and I'm sorry, but the ones with the higher amounts of Acetaminophen in them are no longer being manufactured, so you can't obtain them, anywhere. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

oxycodone what's in it??
Is there codein in Oxycodone?? ## No! The active ingredient in Oxycodone is Oxycodone. It is a narcotic, however, it can cause reactions in people who are allergic to Codeine. ## oxycodone is a opiod pain reliever made of thesbian and codien which come or made out of the root of the poppy plant and man made compounds similiar to herion variety. PS I'm not the worlds greatest speller , but I took this out of the PDR,R.M. , NJ ## Oxycodone has nothing to do with codeine. It is actually derived from morphine. Codeine is an anti-tussive and has very little analgesic effects. ## ray. i have ben taking oxycodone for 10yrs i have bad back pine i dont like tham but want can do i do. ## Has anybody heard of oxycodein, is it the same as oxycodone? Beginning Tamoxifen
I started my Tamoxifen today. 1st pill of five years. So far today, so good. Y biggest concern (after the obvious) is weight gain. I have been in Weight Watchers for a year and have worked so hard in my weight loss journey. I am so afraid it will come back. Are there many cases out there of people maintaining their weight or is it that big of a side effect that it's pretty much guaranteed? Any and all comments would be appreciated!! Best of luck to the other ladies out there too. ## It's actually hard to say, because some people have been known to lose weight while taking it. Have you discussed the issue with your doctor? They may be able to help you find ways to mitigate such an effect. Are there any woman who can post that have already taken this and have experience with it? #... ...

White Pill Arrow On It
Round circle white pill, had a V on the same side as 9 and 2 arrows or was it 911. Also don't remember if anything was on the back. ## From what I've read, a round white pill with a large arrow logo is Anacin (400 mg aspirin + 32 mg caffeine). However if you don't know what other markings are on the pill besides a V and some arrows, there's little chance of finding an definitive ID for it. Is the "V" in cursive/italic writing? If so, it's usually accompanied by a four digit number on the same side "OR" on back of the pill (often times with a score line as well). Example: V 20 91 V 21 09 V 3912 To my understanding, Vintage Pharmaceuticals and Qualitest Pharmaceuticals are the only manufacturers who use this particular "V" logo. I'd consider... ...

how long does it take to begin to feel the effects of Andro Gel
I am just started to take Andrew gel I wonder how long it will take before I start to feel the effects specifically I need more energy ## I think it all depends on how low your testosterone levels may have been before you started taking Androgel, in order to effectively determine how long it might take to feel it's effects. I would imagine that you should be able to notice at least a subtle change in energy, libido, or mental drive after a few applications. Try giving it a trial run for a week or two just to see how well you respond to it. If you're looking for more energy in the meantime though, I would suggest green tea or black tea a couple times a day, but not too close to bedtime. I hope this helps! ## Thanks got getting back This is my 2nd day and I feel great my focus is ... ...
