What is the genenic drug for synap forte? ## It is actually a combination drug with four active ingredients: Acetaminophen/Paracetamol Propoxyphene (mild narcotic) Diphenhydramine and Caffeine. It seems it would be used to treat pain, including headaches, with the Diphenhydramine included to help prevent nausea, but this is only a guess based on the ingredients.
