I would like to ask about mecobalamin 0.5mg (500mg) which given by my orthopedic specialist because of am having slip disc.it is also contains vitamin B6 200mg and vitamin B1 100mg. My ques is is it really helps me and safe for me to take the tablet for a long term medication? So far I have been taken 2 tablets twice a day and it is really make me feel sleepy n weak. Is it one of the side effect of the tablets? Really need to know more about the medication since just started for the past few weeks. ## May I know Vit. I would like to know the purpose of a N-cobal 0.5mg (mecobalamin) film coated tablet [MAL07061578X]? I was given these pills from a vet to treat an issue with my dog, but they appear to be ineffective. ## I went for my ENT test for my ear ringging. They gave me N_Cobal 0.5 mg Mecobalanin 500 mcg tablet. Is it ok? and what its purpose for? ## This is only a nutritional supplement, since proper levels of this vital nutrient are important to overall health. This pill has the same logo marking as my Metformin on one side but this one is oval, white and has a C | 40 imprinted on the other side. ## This was most likely Citalopram 40 mg manufactured in Canada by Cobalt pharmaceuticals (which was acquired years ago). White round pill with T, score line and N on one side, and a correction tick type of symbol on the other side. ## I don't know if this is the exact pill you're describing, but I was able to locate a round white pill with T N over a score line and 1 underneath it on one side and on the back is some sort of greater than symbol ">". This particular pill turned out to be a 1mg Trandolapril tablet, used for high blood pressure. For verification, the manufacturer is reportedly Cobalt Laboratories and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 16252-0541. i'd been taking Gabantin-300 together with Melixocan tabs & shots of cobalin-H prescribed to me due tosome backpain problem i developed.The drugs got finished at different times but its the Gabalin that stretched for close to 6weeks.its now approximately a month since i took the last capsule to finish off but i've noticed serious rashes on my face upto my back,just below the neck and aslo my chest. I have some of what i think to be Celexa and i cant find the picture of it. It is oval white in color and reads c40 with what looks to be a chevron on the back of it.
