SIDE EFFECT OF MYRIN-P FORTE

i am taking myrin p-forte for nearly two months now. starting last Aug. 3, 2013. After taking it for 3 days, I begun to feel the side effects such as dizziness, blurry vision, loss of appetite and I feel so weak that I have to go back to bed right after i eat. This goes on for several weeks. After a month, I began to feel better, i can now go back to my normal life but the dizziness never goes away accompanied by blurry vision.
