Doctor just in 3 months now I start having irregular period and when I want to scan it shows that My myometrium is expanded by solid tissue mass with mixed echo texture and AP diameter of 1.3 and there's a cystic mass in the left adnexa with diameter of 31x29mm. It has a regular wall and contains clear fluid and I want to my dococtor she ask me to take combination 3 which I did and see it for 3 months and later size now and I having been taking alovera gel with honey to knw if it will come again cus I don't want to continue in the pill. Hi. I got married before 2 years. after 6 months of marriage I came to know that I have a cyst in my ovaries. then I took metformin for 8 months. after that also no improvement. Then I took Myocyst for four months and apcod for a month then I was shocked to know that my cyst are cleared. I reduced almost 15 kg in a year then doc prescribe clomiphine tab from day 3..I had 2 eggs ruptured in right ovary on 18th day of my periods. then I took Gestin 3rice a day from 23rd to 25th day. today is my 32nd day. still I didnt get periods. may it be positive? plss reply.
