Mylan Bupropion

I have just started taking mylan bupropion and ever since I started I have been getting bruises all over my arms and legs. I've tried looking up side effects but nothing about bruising. My arm became very tender to touch then later bruised and the pain is getting worse. I also have another bruise with purple/blue dots around it. Is this something I should get looked at? ## Yes, Kiki! Please have this checked out by your doctor, as soon as possible. I’ve been taking bupropion xl 150mg for a couple months now and recently switching to taking 300mg. I had some left of the 150mg so my doctor told me to just take 2 til they run out if I want. Anyhow the manufacturer I’ve been taking is Lupin... my depression is under control for the most part, but the energy didn’t last longer than a week or 2. Also this brand has given me serious constipation and food cravings!!! Picked up my new prescription for 300mg by Mylan today. Will be starting that tomorrow... hopefully it works better than Lupin. Hey there, I started taking the dose at night (10 pm)to prevent night sweats and insomnia, which has been working. But I find about 12 hours after taking the dose 10/11 am I become extremely dizzy and nauseated , sensitive to light , headache..... and lasts time about 8 or 9 at night. Then I'm fine the next morning and bang right at 10 or 11 the symtoms happen again. Is this dose to high for me ? Do these symtoms wear off after time? Also how long does it take to get the increased libido effects that everyone mentions? I don't understand how a pharmaceutical co . Has a problem manufacturing meds. That is what I was told. I was taking Bupropion XL 150 mg (Anchen). The pharmacy wasn't able to get anymore of this. My Dr substituted Bupropion 100 mg x 2 a day (Mylan). I am having side effects that I never Had before. Can 50mg do that ? Anxiety, nervousness, trouble sleeping - all of which I never had before! Costco switched generics on me. I have been taking MYLAN Buprpion 300XL for years. They switched to ACTAVIS and I feel gross and have a metallic taste in my mouth. Costco is no help and I have called around and haven't found a pharmacy that carries MYLAN. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

I have been on Bupropion 150mg XL for years and am now switching to 75mg SR but cutting the 150mg SR pill (MU12) in half per my doctor's directions. Is it safe to cut the pill and take it on a daily basis? The official Mylan site says not to, but that was my doctor's directions. Would like to get other opinions before I start. ## Hello, Gary! Well, only your doctor can speak to their own rationale, but my best guess would be that since you've already been taking the higher dosage, they don't see much risk of your overdosing by cutting this tablet. Mhich one is better? My son use to take bupropion Hcl 75mg from Sandoz Pharm. but when we bought our house and moved we swapped Pharmacies. They carry bupropion Hcl 75mg from Apotex Corp. I've noticed that he isn't able to focus as much, he impulse reacts more, and he takes longer to go to sleep, along with other small differences. Can this be because the bupropion from Apotex Corp. doesn't work as well for him as from Sandoz Pharm. I'm almost sure if it to be honest. Have been using Bupropian HCL XL 300 mg tabs for over 5 years. The markins have always been A102 from Anchen manufacturing. Now I received a M B9 pill fro Mylan pharma - which has alot of different ingredients than the other. I have had ZERO luck with taking different manufacturing products over the years. DOes anyone know where I can get a clear view on the difference in these pills . Drugs.com has the inactive ingredients. Called doctor also, but they are more of a try and see type. Has anyone had a problem when having to switch their medication to another manufacturer? For the past 4 months I have SUCCESSFULLY been taking Bupropion SR 150 Mg manufactured by Mylan, sold by CVS (it is a light green round pill).....Unfortunately, my insurance recently forced me to go through Medco mail order and I received dark purple round pills manufactured by SANDOZ. Since taking these purple pills I have become sick daily. I have a round pinkish peach colored pill, about the size of an Aspirin. It has an M on the front and a 433 on the back. Pill is round and light green with a capital M on one side with u12 below the m, the other side is blank and the pill is not scored. ## I have been taking these pills for almost 4 weeks now at 150mg (bupropion SR made by MYLAN), twice daily (300mg total) & they said it would help with the sexual side effects of my daily dose of Lexapro (20mg).
