My Proble Not Long Time

I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety over 2 years ago and was initially put on 50 mg then increased to 100 mg. I felt very stable initially but over the past few months have been having some issue to time. For example when I create a flyer which should only take me 30 minutes and before I know it 2 hours have passed. I also seem to be having problems rationalising things and sequencing. I have been taking Hydrocodone 7.5/325 Lyrica 100mg and Tramadol 200mg ER for about 10 yrs. I have noticed a slow but steady decline in my libido, my energy, and general enjoyment of life. I started xulane patch about two weeks, within 48hrs of being on patch, nothing but headaches/ vision blurry to the point I couldn't go work. My wife has had severe hives for several months. Pretnazone is the only drug that gives her some relief. The hives are on her back and sides, her arms and legs are not effected. Early this year I agreed to place a stent in one of the arteries the consultant said was blocked. After having done it, my condition got worse than earlier - in that I started getting tired sooner as I walked and talked, I also began to get chocked as I tried to kneel down to straighten the shoes! Then, other symptoms like mouth full of blood early in the morning, at one time blood through male-tool-tip! And so on. Saw the doctor again with the above symptoms, he said everything was fine. I had to reduce the JUSPRIN to150 instead of 300? (Why had he not told me in the beginning?)
