3 Topics FoundI am investigating mutlivitamins for a Vegan diet. Can anyone recommend any, that is they have or are taking a Vegan multivitamin? ## If you have on in your area, the best suggestion I can make is to go to a local vitamin shop and ask them what they recommend, or what their most popular seller happens to be. The people in such stores are usually very knowledgeable about such things, which is why they work there and they'll usually know the best product options. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

my daughter aged 27 yrs type I diabetic has recently gone for premature delivery and developed no. of complications(sweling/tightness in the whole body) Dr. has given tab Meganeuron Od Plus(Methyl of cobalamin alpha lipoic acid & vitamins 1500 mg). For what purpose it is given. kindly advice ## does maganuron OD plus help control type 2 diabetse, how much should be the doese for ow long ## I cannot find a lot of information on this, however, I do know that these types of mutlivitamin/mineral supplements are often prescribed in foreign countries for diabetics, because they are believed to help with diabetic neuropathy. My niece is taking rivoril to help her sleep but is becoming anxious and fearful. Now a friend psychologist said, mosegor vitamins is better to induce sleep without side effects. Is this true? ## Rivotril contains the active ingredient Clonazepam, it is a Benzodiazepine, commonly used to treat nerve, anxiety disorders and some cases of insomnia. As such, it does carry with it the possibility of a lot of side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and addiction.
