I am 22 years I am 6.2 in height and I just weight 60 kg I should be 85!! I do gym everyday for 1 hour but cant see much difference I am sick of being underweight please tell me if this multivitamin tablet wil help me and how many to take everyday!! I eat well but still cant gain weight

Elderly person needs vitamin with following ingredients: Vit. D 400mg, Folic acid 400 mcg., Biotin 300 mcg., Vit. B-12 1,000 mcg., Vit. B-6 100 mg., Selenium 100 mcg., Calcium + D 1,200 mg., Iron 250 mcg., and Vit. C 3,000 mg. Is there any one tablet that comes close to providing these nutrients in these proportions? ## Since most vitamins are over the counter products, there isn't a database that lists all of them and their ingredients. What I'd like to suggest is asking a pharmacist. They usually have a good idea of what's available and can point you in the right direction. Did a doctor say it must be these specific dosages?

Please don't take this tablet. It can be very harmful. I took only one tablet and the next day/afternoon I had ongoing breathing problems, nasal blockage, constipation, dry mouth, allergic side effects, fever, swelling of face, vomiting, skin rash, skin burning, hot flashes, sweating, tiredness, itching, full night of not being able to sleep, upset stomach, bad cough, bitter taste in the mouth, and diarrhea. I visited my doctor and she confirmed it's the Zincovit multivitamin tablets side effects only. Now it's been over 4 days and still I am experiencing skin burning, nasal blockage and tiredness. Please avoid these tablets. It's very dangerous to one's health. The govt. should ban these kinds of tablets. It's one of the worst tablets I've taken in my life. ...

haiii....i wanna to know how many mosegor tablet we can eat per one day... ## There are several formulations available under the Mosegor name, so I am not sure which one you are asking about, but they are all multivitamin products. Vitamins are good for your overall health, however, too much of some them can be just as dangerous as being deficient in them and most of the Mosegor products should only be taken once daily, unless your doctor has specifically instructed you otherwise. Vitamins ## is it good to take conzace multivitamins and diane-35 pill at the same time? ## There are no problems that I'm aware of between taking a multivitamin and oral contraceptives, but it's best to check with your doctor or pharmacist to be certain. From what I can tell, if the vitamins are strong, you may experience more nausea than usual if you take them together. If that happens, it would likely be best to take them with a small meal, or separate them by a few hours. Is there anything else I can help with?

WHERE CAN I GET PEDEVIT AND I WANT TO BE A SUPPLIER ## If you wish to become a supplier or distributor of a specific medication, then I believe it would be best to speak with the manufacturer(s) of the drug in question. A couple Pedivit Forte drug manufacturers and companies I located are: Unique Pharmaceutical Laboratories and J.B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals.
