Since starting on Madepar 100/25 for possible Parkinson’s symptoms (the neurologist has not definitely diagnosed Parkinson’s yet as I have Parkinsonian symptoms after being on Epilim for at least 10 yrs as a migraine preventative treatment. I have been told that it can take up to 12 mths for ones metabolism to return to normal if you don’t have Parkinson’s and the symptoms are in fact from the drug. Since being on the madepar I find I am more outspoken, highly strung, and more extroverted.

Hi there I'm 45. F, After a Hysterectomy I discovered a pain in my back, after CT scan discovered a PV on my Lung. I was put on the 2 x 15mg xarelto and now on the 20mg for 6 mths. I now have 4 Months left to go and it is now when I am finding the side affects to be at their worst. Swollen/painful left foot, behind the knee, wrists, left side throat gland? and the dizzy spells, severe headaches, blurred vision. It's enough to keep me almost bed ridden! I was taking Micardis tablets with no problems until my Kidney specialist changed me to Zanidip.(something to do with calcium levels) but since then I started feeling unwell started with ear pain and inflammation of the throat glands now it's like I'm having an immune reaction to everything. I have been on Methotrexate and folic acid for 3 weeks. Started with three 2.5 mg tablets of MTX for two weeks, then up to 6 tablets this week. The first week, I had terrible stomach pains, the second week I had bad fatigue.
