Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## I am a resident of Canada and can confirm that yes in fact there are methylphenidate pills made and perscribed with the above description.

The description of the pill sounds like phentermine (white with blue speckels), but the imprint does not sound correct. My insurance overrode my treating physician. They changed my Cyclobenzaprene, a small round yellow (MP 283), to a cyclobenzaprine, (577) a same size white pill. I only took this medication when I needed it. And I was comfortable with what I used before. It worked for me. I also take Hydrocodone 7.5 mg. (again ., only when I need it).
