I found some pills in my kid's room that are white oblong tablets with 5500 on one side & nothing on the other. What is this pill? ## The marking is actually "S500" instead of "5500" (first letter S instead of number 5). As others have stated, it contains Acetaminophen 500 mg (NDC 68210-0013 among others). Here is an example of what a box may look like, but it could be packaged under multiple brands. please advise what this pill use for what ## Hi Brenda, The closest match I've been able to locate is Atenolol (100 mg) + Chlorthalidone (25 mg). It is a white round pill with the imprint MP 152. The P intersects with the M and doesn't really stand out as an imprint on its own -so maybe it was rubbed off at some point- making it appear as if only the M is part of the imprint. its a round white pill on one side it say's MP 168 and on the other side it is split in to forths two parts say 25 and the other two say 50 ## The tablet with the NP 168 marking is manufactured by Sun Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 150mgs of Trazodone, which is used to treat depression and some sleep disorders. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, mood changes, and weight changes. I do not, however have a listing for one with 3 and N023 on it. Can you please double check the imprint and post back?

I found this and was wondering what it was? ## There are two tablets with this marking, both are round, and white, but one has a C on one side, and the 2 on the other, while the other has the C over a 2 on the same side, and is blank on the opposite. If so, then yes, this is 15mgs of Oxycodone, a generic for Roxcidone and the color is actually a very, very pale blue. (NDC 0406-8315, manufactured by Mallinckrodt). White Pill with M 152 printed on it. Its roundish in color. ## Hi Kim, The closest match I could find to this description is that of a white 'round-shaped' pill marked "MP 152". This pill is identified as Atenolol 100mg + Chlorthalidone 25 mg, and is used in the treatment of high blood pressure. Does this sound like a possible match? The "P" is sort of infused into the "M" so you almost can't tell that there's another letter there. side 1: PP 168 side 2: 25 25 50 50 Break Scored for each indicator Pill is about 1/8 inch thick and white was in bottle with 100 mg Labetalol ## I found something very close to your description. Only difference is that instead of PP it is more like MP (but the M and P seem to be combined). First, check a picture out here. If you think it's a match then that is 150 mg Trazodone.
