Morphine Sulfate Er Endo

I have been sucessfully taking morphine sulfate ER 60mg manufactured by Mallinckrodt for chronic pain for awhile. I prefer it to other generics (Endo, for example). The pharmacy I've been going to has been kind enough to special order it for me but say that they can't continue to do so due to corporate restrictions with pharmaceutical distributors. As I mentioned, I prefer Mallinckrodt to other manufacturers of generic morphine sulfate ER. While I realize the main ingredients are exactly the same, other ingredients such as fillers and time release methods do vary quite a bit. I have been having quite a bit of difficulty finding pharmacies who carry Mallinckrodt MS ER 60mg at a reasonable price (that seems to vary widely, too). Zydus brand, I was taking endo brand with only side effect of occasional constipation! otherwise the medication was working well for my after neck surgery care chronic pain etc,, then 5 days ago got the brand zydus! Day 1: vertigo nasua tiredness felt so sick & severe migraine! Day 2: severe migraine stomach pain vomit ting' day 3 felt very tired sick to my stomach made 8 trips to restroom & had pooped beyhond words! Pain in upper stomach! Day 4: landed at ER & now on antibiotics for a bowel infection & Imitrex for migraines! 600 mg ibprofen for fever!
