Morphine 60 Is It Opio

This is the highest dosage unit of immediate release morphine made anywhere, just the one brand, VERMOR-60 by Verve Healthcare. I take them simply because they are much cheaper than any other morphine sulphate I have ever come across, and I need three 'rescue' doses of an opioid analgesic daily since my Oxycontin 120mg tablets seem to last only 6 hours, and not the twelve claimed on the box... According to this chart, 120mgs of Morphine ER is said to be equivalent to 48mg of Methadone? I had a Dr that was was suspended , SO STUPID!!! Now I am looking for a DR that will write for what I was on, Morphine 39 mgs 4x day and methadone 60 mg daily. Hi, I'm prescribed 80mg Oxycontin from my doctor. My other Doc writes me a prescription for 60mg Oxycontin a week later. Both get filled and paid for by my insurance, since they are different milligrams insurance covers it. I am currently taking 30mg oxycodone 4x daily. I have failed back surg syndrome and many other herniated discs in most levels of entire spine. The recent CDC crackdown is effecting the way docs in Arizona write for opiods here. No one wants to write for immediate release oxycodone (from what I've heard, it's due to people overdosing, selling them, and abusing them). I happen to be someone who takes them as prescribed, and I'm being punished bc of the "others who've screwed it up for ppl like me". My new pain management doc wants to move me to Fentanyl Patches (25mcg @ 10/month), Opana ER 10mg quantity of 60/mo, AND morphine ER (not sure of dose).
