I was px morphine 30 mg sulfa but no pharmacy carries it in los angeles ca does any one or does someone now a pharmacy that carries it ## Hello, Joseph! How are you? I'm sorry that you're having a problem finding your medication. How have you been checking for it? If you're just calling the pharmacies, you won't get an accurate answer, because they have no way of knowing if the person on the phone is a potential thief or a legitimate customer with a need. Ic Morphine Sulf Er 30 Mg Tablet
my drug insurance co sugested i take this morphine in place of oxycodone 20 mg cr tab.. what is your impression of that??// ## Doesn't work for me. See if he will give you the IR oxycoxone for breakthrough pain. That should help.'that's an awful low dose of extended release morphine. Good luck! ## 30mgs of Morphine is equivalent to the 20mgs of Oxycodone that you were taking. However, it doesn't work as well for everyone, similar to Full of Heart, when I was on pain management and had to switch, due to my insurance no longer covering Oxycontin, it helped, but never worked quite as well as the Oxycontin did. They are both narcotics, so the side effects are very similar and may include: nausea, dizziness, constipation and dry mouth. Are there any other questions? ## I Want... ...

I have been taking 30mg ir morphine sulfate about 4 months 2 or 3a day and want to stop On My own at home please send any advice possible I've tried before but after 2nd day pain and sweats too bad so didn't stop taking. ## Have you consulted your doctor? Even if you prefer to do it at home, they would still be able to advise you of the best and safest methods to do so. If you tried to stop taking them abruptly, without tapering, or gradually stretching it out, so you take the doses further and further apart, it is normal to experience withdrawal effects, such as you've described. Usually a slow taper is the best way to discontinue a narcotic medication. ...

Morphine Sullfate Er 30 Mg withdrawal
A few months ago my doctor put me on Morphine Sullfate ER 30 mg 2X a day. I had been using oxycodone at night to sleep and as needed during the day. I am not finding the morphine to be effective, and I want to stop using it. I still have some oxycodone 5 mg tablets. Is there a way I can wean myself off the morphine--and eventually the oxy--using the 5mg oxy tablets? At this point, I'd rather live with the pain than being shackled to the drugs. ## You can try, but will likely still experience some withdrawal effects. However, they will probably not be too severe if you have only been taking it for a few months. The most severe problem is usually the rebound pain, which can e worse than the pain you started taking the medication to treat. Have you consulted with your doctor? ## The do... ...

Is 30 Mg Morphine Stronger Than Oxycodone
i am now taking morphine sulfate 30 mg er tabs, and oxycodone 30 mg ir tabs morphine1 tablet every 8 hours and 1 tablet of oxycodone every 8 hours.but when waking up in the morning i have these terrible bad headache. i almost have to vomit. is that to happen? thanks sharon ## Hi Sharon, To answer your first question, Oxycodone is said to be approximately 1.5x as potent on a milligram to milligram basis. So for each 30mg Oxycodone, you'd need 45mgs of Morphine. However because everyone reacts to these medications differently, it's almost like comparing apples and bananas here. Regarding side effects, drug interactions state that "using morphine together with oxycodone may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Some people may also e... ...
