The active ingredient in morease tablets is mebeverine hydrochloride and is used for conditions like irritable bowel syndrome and spasm of the gut muscle. I am an IBS patient. Doctor prescribed me Morease SR capsule 200 mg twice a day after meals. In the beginning days i felt comfortable and i increased my food and milk consumption but on other days i feel very uncomfortable; and am left to drink milk and eat other oily food. Today i checked my stool with my naked eye and i found something tiny, small and white colored. It looks like seeds of tori and also like a small egg. So i'm afraid of what this round/egg shaped object is... Is it a piece of my medicine (Morease) or another thing?

I am suffering from severe epigastric pain and flatulence and was diagnosed as IBS. since last 30 years. All the tests like colonoscopy, endoscopy, blood test, fat absorption test, ultra sound have shown negative. Recently endoscopy showed oesophagytis B. I was given nexpro 40 mg and lesuide. Of late the it has become very bad. I get constant pain in the abdomen, nausea, flatulence, bloated feeling. Nights I have disturbed sleep and pass lot of wind, sometimes foul smelling. Mornings I have urgency to pass motion, and i have quit loose motion and sometimes semi solid. No blood, rarely mucus is seen in stools. having medicines (morease SR) last from 7 days. Have symptoms of tiredness, muscles(of thigh and arm) tight feeling, 5/6 times toilet with indegestive partcicles, feeling of low blood pressure (this I had checked and found bit low 100/70). I am having this medicines two times after meal. Pla advice me. Is it normal trend or something is wrong.

I was diabetic patient for the last fifteen years and was prescribed insulin (Novomix 30) 12 u morning and 18 u before dinner. I am a diabetic for past several years. As I already posted that I developed Collitis and was prescribed SaazDS and Morease. Suddenly my FBS and RBS droped to normal and some times below.
