I am 50 year old and living in Kathmand, Nepal.The weather of Kathmandu is chagable. At day time, it is hot weather and in night as well morning time it is cold. while changing the season, i feel uncomfortable in breathing and a part of mucus/ cough come out through my throat, not fully cough/ mucus come through my throat at one time. That is why i feel uncomfortable. Then, i take medicine L Montus, therefore, i am eager to know about its side effect. Kindly help me about it. How can i avoid taking such medicine? Is there any other good msdicine whose side effect may be less rather than L montus. I am also suffering from Brincial Azama some times. i am using this tablet following my sinusitis operation since 4 years. If i stop this tablet, the next day i am feeling like, running nose, itching in the nose, sneezing with bad smell, head ache. I am suffering from Breathing problem, my doctor prescribe to take above medicine (1/2 per day). ## D-Montus contains the active ingredients Doxofylline and Montelukast, it is used to treat respiratory disorders, such as Asthma and allergy symptoms. Want to know why l montus kid tables used for in kids at age 5 years my child is suffering from severe cough and cold Dr. gave me this tables for my child ## It is just used to alleviate the symptoms of colds, or allergies. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. It can help with the cough and congestion. Is there anything else I can help with?

I am geting some sounds frequently in the right ear. Dr.prescribed folloring medicines for the ear problem. L Montus tablets, Cognix Plus and Verteze-8. Kindly inform the useage & side effects. ## Levocetirizine is an antihistamine, side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and headache. Montelukast is used to treat asthma and allergies. The side effects are, therefore, very similar. Cognix Plus is commonly used to treat ringing in the ears and tinnitus. I cannot, however, find any more information on what it contains. I am also not finding anything listed under the name Verteze. Can you tell me what country these are from?
