Cough substitute for tanna. presscripion date 2.2 2009. can I take it today for a cough or should I throw it out ? ## Hi molly, There's actually a lot of conflicting information around the topic of expired medication, but according to a Harvard Medical School family health article, except in rare cases (i.e. tetracycline), there is little chance of danger due to taking medications even up to 15 years beyond their expiration date. This conclusion was based upon a study conducted at the request of the US military due to stockpiles of expensive drugs they could otherwise need to replace every few years. The conclusion was that 90% of those drugs remained effective 10 - 15 years after the expiration date. I don't know if the drug you have happens to be one of these drugs from the st...

Have only been taking Lercanidipine for 2weeks and am suffering with severe constipation , never any bother before ## Hello, Molly! How are you? It's difficult to guess how any given medication will effect any one that takes it, because we are all different, but no, that is not a normal side effect of this medication as reported by the NIH. Its typical side effects include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension. Has anything else changed recently, as in your diet, or fluid intake?

Found this small capsule in my brothers room. I don't want to give it back to him unless I know exactly what is it and what it contains. Its in the shape of a molly capsule but pink and it has a P 191 label on it. His friends are into raving and I know some like to take interest in drugs when going to events like this. I want to make sure if its just part of his medication or a drug that can be harmful to him. ## i think its benadryl that would be my guess without a

Pink/lila glossy heartshaped pill, on both sides heart with arrow??? What is that? ## Hi Helena, I actually came across some illicit drugs (more specifically: molly/"E") that fit this description very closely. It's difficult to say that this is what it is for certain, but based on a number of related images I do suspect 'molly' to be a probable match. However, depending on who or where you got it from, that could also potentially help us depict what it's supposed to be as well. I find that a lot of people who go to raves and parties are often the type who experiment with this type of substance. But if you have any other clues as to what you think it could be, do post back here and I'll see if I can dig any deeper with our search. Hope this helps!

Hi iv been taking 15mg phentermine once a day for 9 days and have been on a 850 kals a day and walk 2 miles a day and I haven't lost anything should I ask my doctor 30mg or dose it take longer to work ## Hi Molly, In my honest opinion, 850 calories a day seems very low for any individual trying to exercise for weight loss. If you're not eating much, your metabolism can also put your body into "starvation mode" and begin to store and hold onto fats or what little bit you are eating, as an act of survival. If you really want to rev up your metabolism a bit more, I'd suggest eating smaller meals every 2-3 hours as a way of encouraging your body to keep burning food as fuel and not storing it. As far as how long phentermine takes to work, it really varies from one person...

Hi iv been taking 15mg phentermine once a day for 9 days and have been on a 850 kals a day and walk 2 miles a day and I haven't lost anything should I ask my doctor 30mg or dose it take longer to work ## Hi, Molly! Yes, it does take awhile to work, at only 9 days it really hasn't even reached its full efficacy level in your body, yet. At 850 calories though, you may be causing some problems for yourself, because if you go too low, your body goes into protective mode and you won't see the weight changes that you expect. Is your doctor aware that you've taken your calories that low and have they approved of it? There is a certain amount of calories and nutrients you need in a day to maintain your health and vital functions, regardless of how much weight you want to lose. L...

I have been taking endocet 10/325 for yrs . Several my pharmacy has been out and given me oxycodone 10/325. I find I have to take 2 oxycodone a to 1 endocet . Why is that ? They say its the same I don't agree ## Hello, Molly! How are you? So you were taking the name brand for years? If so, then it does make sense that the generic may not work as well for you. There can be slight differences in the amount of the active ingredients, between the name brand and generics, so if you're used to the name brand and then receive a generic that might be slightly lower, it would only be normal to have such a problem. For most people the differences are negligible and have no real effect, but this happens to people that take something for a very long time or for those who are sensitive to me...

Has anyone been late or missed a period taking mono linyah? This is my second month on it.. I had the nexplanon since February and had it removed last month.. I have missed two days but doubled up on my doses.. ## Hello, Molly! How are you? It can be normal to skip periods, while taking oral contraceptives, according to the FDA. Some women stop having them, entirely. Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and PMS-like symptoms. However, if you missed pills and engaged in intercourse, there is a slight risk of pregnancy. What kind of pill is light blue with kcf on it? ## Hello, I haven't found an exact match to your pill yet, but I did come across a similar pill description and color - denoting this as some type of illicit drug, such as molly. The marking on this other tablet was "kfc" as opposed to "kcf". I don't know if that was simply a typo or the actual imprint, but it's possible that you may have to rely on lab results for true verification of the ingredients. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## Needed help.I had found a blue colour pill with Kf in my 24 years olds sons bag.May I know what is this pill for.Is it dangerous for health or kind of drugs.Thank you. ## L A (Cold multi-symptom nighttime acetaminophen 325 mg / chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg / dextromethor...

Is this safe to take? Ther was something on media of two ingredients in this med that had been found as unsafe. My husband was prescribed Folbee Tab Brec . I would like to know what these ingredients are and if it is safe for my husband to continue this supplement? ## Hi Molly, Are you referring to the Folbee B vitamin complex tablets? If so, I haven't read any reports deeming it unsafe to use. Maybe there is some sort of "inactive" ingredient that is causing problems? I know propylene glycol is an inactive ingredient that is commonly used in some vitamins and prescription drugs as well as beauty products (yuck!), it can be very toxic and harmful to the body over time.
