Missed Period Pregnancy Test Negative

my baby is seven months old and I have not seen my period for two months but when I did a pregnancy test it was negative, am I pregnant. I do feel feverish sometimes, pimples are my face but I also have stomach pains, leg cramps, white discharge and headache. please what's the problem?

My husband and I have been TTC for the last 6 years. No success. In the beginning I had blocked Fallopian tubes. Which I managed to unblock for the last couple of years, and still no success. We kind of ignored the whole thing. Now last time I had my period was 01/04/2016. I took 5 pregnancy tests, & they are all negative. Last one was this morning (03/13/16). I am a regular (26-28 days cycle) and the only time I missed a period, when I was pregnant with my 1st child 12 years ago. I have no symptoms. I do get a discharge here and there. Especially, when I am exercising, it is thick, stringy and brown. I saw my doctor yesterday and she requested a blood test. I don't care what the research states: Wellbutrin causes your period to be late. I'm usually on time with my period, been taking the medicine 2 x a day (300mg) for 6 weeks now, still no period. I took 2 pregnancy test both negative. Several women on blogs are experiencing this same problem. I'll post again after I get my period, so you can have a timeline. I started Lo Loestrin Fe four months ago. I am currently in the first week of my fourth pack. The first month, I had brown spotting for about 5 days two weeks before my period came. My period during the first pack lasted around 7 days, like it usually does, and arrived on time. The second pack, I had brown spotting instead of my period. I've been taking lo loestrin for for about 6 Months now. I have always got my period on the white/ brown pills. This month I never got my period.
