But if I take Propan Buclizine HCI multivitamins and minerals, I have a good sleep at night and good appetite but I feel asleep always at daytime. I've been taking MT (for sinus tachycardia) 25mg twice a day for a month now and I've been feeling weak some days. I was told that vitamins can help me get my energy back. With that said, is it safe to do so? The vits contain Calcium 100mg, Magnesium 100mg & Potassium 15mg. ## There are no problems listed between using the vitamins with the Metoprolol, but you should check with your doctor first. Magnesium and Potassium can both have an effect on your heart and blood pressure, if they are too low, or too high, which means that in your case, a careful balance must be maintained. This, it would be best if your doctor did a blood test to check your levels of them, before you supplement. Have you consulted your doctor?
