I am looking for the amneal mfg brand of Norco in Indiana ## The Qualitest Norco yellow kind are by far better than the white Watson brand ## In my opinion, the best way to ensure that you get what works is to have your prescribing doctor specify the name of the manufacturer you want on the prescription itself. From what I understand, this is generally enough to make the pharmacy order whatever it is you need even if they don't have it in stock at that moment. This tactic also ensures that no matter which pharmacy you go to, you should be able to get the appropriate medication. I was given a different brand of hydrocodone/acetaminophen 10-325 by MFG AMNEAL, instead of my regular brand watson 10-325 I was told that my pharmacy wouldnt carry watson brand after the fact of giving me the new generic brand. Even though the label on my new brand states oval white tab.watson 853 not letting me prior of refilling my prescription. And I need to know if both brands are equally the same? I read most of people complain about this new MFG AMNEAL generic brand. I want the facts and truth about brands being the same. I have been using generic Amneal Gabapentin 300 mg for years. My pharmacy no longer carries it. Are there any pharmacies in North Central Pa or near Corning NY that carry this brand of Gabapentin? Just started taking this one last night well after almost 2 hours no relief I'm on verge of losing it. Why must they always change mfg.? I gave a written agreement w pain management n have over 11 messed up discs. Just want relief. Then when I go through the month 1 type doesn't work it kills my thoracic Injury. 6 mm extrusion. Was taking Metformin HCL ER TABS 750mg by Teva. Got new insurance and they sent Metformin ER TAB 750mg by Watson. Are they the same? ## They are both the same medicaton, the HCL just stands for Hydrochloride, which designates the precise chemical salt the medication is derived from and wasn't included as an abbreviation on the second one from Watson.
