The pharmacy that I use changed my brand of Oxycodone every month. Where can I find a pharmacy that stocks the M F brand that I am used to taking? And why to different brands have a different effect on me? Some brands seem to work better than others. ## not sure if you are talking about the medicine that's stamped with an M (mallinckrodt)if u are most Walgreens carries them. ## MF stands for “my failure.” Oxycodone is the worst drug to get dependent on. So whoever takes it I feel bad for you. Cuz I broke 7 ribs in a car accident in the passenger seat ... from the airbag. So I had to be on bed rest for 8 weeks. While getting 30mg blue roxicodone. I was taking multiple times a day. Anyways, I always get the weird generic company and find out that they are exactly the same....

I really need your help finding out what is this pill used for? Please post back with any information. ## A round, yellow tablet with an M over F1 is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 20mgs of Famotidine, which is a generic for Pepcid, this is an antacid. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, and flatulence. My son and I have ADD. My health insurance will pay for my sons monthly perscription, but because I'm an adult, I have to pay FULL PRICE for my monthly perscrition, which gets very pricey. Why is this? ## I'm sorry, but I cannot answer that. I do not know who your insurance provider is and what medications are covered will vary from company to company and can also depend on the specifics of your coverage policy. There are some that will only cover medications that are considered life-sustaining. Have you tried asking your insurance provider? ## I posted a question about the availability of dextroamphetamine in Kirkland, WA 98034 and haven't gotten a response.

Why is my pharmacy is having trouble getting my dextroamphetamine 10 mg? ## What is they problem they say they're having? Is it just that manufacturer that they can't get in, or are they saying they are having trouble getting any in? There are almost always shortages on controlled substance medications towards the end of the year, due to mandatory manufacturing limits. Learn more Dextroamphetamine details here. The DEA and FDA are also enforcing the laws that control how much a pharmacy can order and keep in stock at once, as well as how much can be prescribed to any given person at once. These factors could be affecting your ability to get your prescription filled. ## The DEA in a "sneaky" attempt to control dextroamphetamine supply limited the amount of precursor (one ...

I take Ergotamine for headaches. I get my meds thru Medco. My insurance pays most of the cost for generics. Last time Medco said they didn't have Ergotamine in stock (first time that has ever happened over the years.) They said they would need to send me Cafergot, the brand name. It costs me 10 times more. I need to know why I can not get Ergotamine.?? ## Same problem with caffergot or its generic ergotan/caff. Wally World used to charge $5 for a generic. Now they say they cannot get a generic. The real caffergot cost $300. ## Unfortunately, shortages sometimes happen, or a manufacture discontinues a medication, and while it is problematic, there's really nothing we can do about it. The typical side effects of this medication may include nausea, insomnia, dizziness, and dry mout...

my daughter was prescibed these for prenatal vitamins, but they don't look or taste like vitamins. On the pill itself it says ethex on one side and on the other it says 317. ## I would like the names of all the prescribed prenatal vitamins. ## Well, you aren't supposed to taste them. LOL Personally, I'd not want to, since most vitamins won't taste very good. . The tablet with the ETHEX 317 marking is, indeed, a prenatal vitamin called Natalcare RX, it is prescribed to pregnant women to help ensure they have the proper amount of nutrients for both them, and the baby. They are very potent, so according to FDA reports, they sometimes cause nausea, and constipation, as side effects. Ref: Prenantal Vitamins Is there anything else I can help with?

How to be taken? Just to swallow or to place under upper lip on gum? ## The square green pill in description is Pravastatin sodium (40 mg); used for lowering cholesterol and preventing cardiovascular disease. The dosing and administration guidelines list the following instructions: "Pravastatin comes as a tablet to take by mouth. It is usually taken once a day with or without food. Take pravastatin at around the same time every day." Ref: nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/meds/a692025.html It sounds like you can simply swallow it with some water; otherwise it should mention more detailed instructions than that. I hope this helps!

More information on this product,Ive been on this for a couple years an know I think I have a higher tolerate. ## What type of information are you seeking on it? The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. As to building up a tolerance to it, that is normal, if you've been taking the same dosage for a long period of time. If it is no longer working as well for you, you may need a dosage adjustment, or to try a different medication.

I filled my prescription at Walgreens, it was supposed to be percocet 10/325. When I took the pill I noticed that I was still in pain an hr. later. So i checked the markings on it and it was marked a333, I have gotten generics before and they appeared to work so I thought I may have been given the wrong pill so I started researching and found I was not the only one experiencing this issue with these pills. I went to the pharmacy the next day and the pharmacist said ACTAVIS is NOW the only mfg. of this pill besides WATSONS which is extremely expensive and explained to me that they are very hard to get now because of one company buying out another and so on. The pharmacist refused to take the pills back She then suggested I call my dr.I then got upset and told her my insurance paid $150.0...
