Metronidazole Body Pain

I was diagnosed with BV and a yeast infection over a week ago. I was prescribed the two meds above. I took diflucan immediately, and the metronidazole for five days before the side effects took over my body (mouth sores, stomach pains and cramps, nausea). After day five, I couldn't take it anymore and took the second diflucan because along with the side effects, I just experienced a frequency in urination, burning and itching, but not in the way of a typical UTI. I went back to urgent care and the doc said it didn't look like BV, but yeast, and prescribed topicals that aren't making the itching or pain any better. I have been given flagyl and vagaisil...but i started taking them this will be my 3rd day but i am getting abdominal pain and cramps really bad.
