My Dr prescribed Adco-Metronida 400mg for me to take 1x3 and I just took my last dosage for the day. I then had a cup of coffee and I started vomiting. Does this mean that I can't consume coffee until the treatment is finished? ## Have you been taking them with food or on an empty stomach? I'm thinking that it's most likely just a side effect of the medication and not directly related to the coffee consumption. I took 3 adco metronida 400mg at the same time a week ago and now i'm feeling a bad headache and i can not see clearly. Could it be a side effect of adco metronida ## Those can be side effects of the medication, but usually they occur within a few hours of taking, according to NIH reports. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea. It is very unusual that they would manifest a week later. Are you on any other medications?

i went to the emergency room yesterday. I contracted herpes in january and after taking strong antibiotics started to becone sore afain. I have painful sores and thick whitish light yellowish discharge. THE doctor gave me adco m along with other medicine and a viginal cream. I was given doxytet green capsules then adco metronida 2 days after completing the treatment I notice a white toilet paper like discharge. A lot of it! When inserting a finger a whole more comes out with it. I never took the metrnidazole only the amox. I have nearly finished the course and still have dirrheoa and tummy pains. I have some Augmentin 375 given for the original div. which I didn't like. My doctor prescribed that I take 1 tablet 3 times a day (the 400mg tablets) for my viral infection that I have had for the past 2.5 weeks. He gave me the prescription on Friday am, but I am only starting to take the tablets today (Monday).
