I am a 35 yr young man, working on cruise ships. I had varicose veins on both legs & had a vascular surgery done on my legs, after which I was advised to take walks by the doctor. However, when I brisk walked. I felt like on those days my pressure would rise. I get very upset & irritated about most things especially on those days. I do have high blood pressure too. If yes, then for how long do I need to continue this medication? What do I need to do to improve my condition without the medication? Will exercise help & what kind of exercises should I do? Kindly advise. ## Hi, Lenny! What were your blood pressure readings that resulted ...
