I have 101 fever. I have allergy problems but sounds like it is more than allergy. can you take methylprednisolone if you have Osteoporosis ## Hi Peggy, According to rxlist.com, older adults may be more sensitive to the side effects of this drug, especially those with brittle bones (osteoporosis). I finished taking the medicine as prescribed on Sunday mar 13th. Now this morning I'm having some side effects. I have cramping in my abdomen, and diarrhea that looks like coffee grounds. The doctor want to see me tomorrow. Why am I having the side effect after taking the medicine? And now I'm in more pain than before taking the medicine. What's going on? ## Hello, Laurie! Can these two pills be taken at the same time? I have IBS and take Lomotil as needed and my dr. prescribed Methylprednlsolone for my sinus infection. Can these be taken together?
