Methylcobal 500 mg is taken for what. Does ot have any side effects ? Is it a substitute of Becosule capsules. Thanks ## Methylcobalamin is a form of Vitamin B12, so it is a nutritional supplement. And no, it is not a direct substitute for Becosule, because it is a multivitamin supplement. It is used to treat or prevent the conditions that can be caused by a deficiency in the nutrients that it contains. Are there any other questions?
