Can i take 2 muscle relaxers (methocarbamol 750mg) and 2 tylenol pm's at the same time so i can sleep through the night? ## The danger there is experiencing too much sedation, since they both cause depression of the central nervous system. As detailed by the NIH, that may cause lowered blood pressure, lowered heart rate, shallow breathing, and could create the risk of you slipping into a coma. It would be best not to exceed the recommended doses, if you are having trouble sleeping, your doctor should be able to help. Are you on any other medications?
