pink 068 on one side and 93 on other side ## This was not a Methocarbamol tablet. This was actually a generic for Darvocet, which contained 100mgs of Propoxyphene and 650mgs of Acetaminophen, it was a very mild narcotic pain reliever. However, this is also no longer available in the U.S., Canada and many other countries. It was pulled from the market, because it was found to cause severe risks of cardiac dangers, as well as an inordinate number of overdose fatalities. Are there any other questions or comments? However, cross referencing this on other webpages has brought up a notation about Methocarbamol and Gabapentin potentially causing an increase in certain side effects, such as an impaired cognitive function, dizziness, and drowsiness. Other than that, it seems to me like there shouldn't be any complications outside of their own individual list of side effects. Is Methocarbamol the same medication as Soma? ## It is Robaxin, a muscle relaxer. From what I see they are nothing like Soma. ## @Cindy, Both Soma (carisoprodol) and Robaxin (methocarbamol) are listed as muscle relaxers. From what I've read, both drugs also reportedly work in the same way - by blocking nerve impulses / pain sensations that are sent to the brain. However with regards to potency/efficacy I'm not sure how they compare, so you may have to discuss that with your prescribing doctor if it's something you're interested in trying. Hope this helps!

Went to ER-not broken thank God...Did not want a narcotic but do have Methocarbamol from chest injury from a car accident ..just wondering if it will helprobably? Thanks ## I'm glad it wasn't broken! And yes, it may help, if your doctor approves of your trying it, since sprains are usually muscular, rather than bone. What are side effects? Risks of interactions with antidepressants/bi-polar meds such as Limictal and/or Klonopin and/or attention meds such as Vyvanse, dextro-amphetamine, dex, dexidrine? Ex stole my prescription and replaced those contents with Methocarbamol and Ativan. Not a horrible forced trade for me till next month when I refill and get back to my normal med blend, although she'll wish she had them when she starts coming down. Anyway, thought I could take one to relax at bedtime but don't want to cross interact and hurt myself. Note: currently not taking any attention medication because of aforementioned. Hello and good day. I am taking ZOHYRDO ER 20 MG twice a day for cronic back pain management, AMITRIPYLINE HCL 50 MG two at bedtime to aid me in sleeping through the night.
