This study is based on a 450 mg/day dose of Tramadol in comparison to a 15mg/day dose of Methadone. So if you ask me, my thoughts are that 50mgs of Tramadol wouldn't have results that are as significant as what was displayed in the clinical trials, since that would only amount to 200-300mgs a day (when taken every 4-6 hours) as opposed to 450mg/day. I took a 10 mg methadone 7 hrs ago. I have 20 mg Adderall, and 1 mg xanax. I have a lot to get done and I want to take a quarter of the adderall and half a xanax.
