Coedine Cough Syrup And Methotrexate

Can you take coedine cough syrup while taking Methotrexate ## Based on my research there are no drug interactions found between Codeine and Methotrexate. This does not necessarily mean no interactions exist, but my sources state that every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is accurate. CAN I TAKE METHOCARBAMOL WITH THIS COUGH MEDICINE? ## Based on my research there are drug interactions found between Methocarbamol and the Codeine inside of Iophen-C NR (codeine + guaifenesin). Information I was able to gather states the following, regarding this interaction: "Central nervous system and/or respiratory depressant effects may be additively or synergistically increased in patients taking multiple drugs that cause these effects, especially in elderly or debilitated patients."
