I've been diabetic for years but here lately my hormones, hot flashes has been bad , I'm turning 52 now it seem as if I can't get my daily testing especially in the AM under control I'm on 5mg of Glibizide and 500mg 2x a day of metformin. My mother takes 1 tablet Norsulin 500mg Metformin with 2.5 mg of Glipzide daily 15 minutes before breakfast and half-tablet before lunch. This was prescribed by her doctor. My sugar level has suddenly gone up to more than 400. After taking metformin 500mg 3 tablets a day, still it does not go down below 200. So I tried glycomet GP2 two tablets per day.
