I haven't come across any specific details on what "HER" would stand for after the drug name. Are you sure it doesn't just say "ER" for extended release? What does Metformin 1000 mg look like in all forms? ## Metformin is a generic medication, so it is manufactured by several different companies and they will all have different markings to enable their identification, thus there is really no way I could post what all of them look like and the descriptions. Just to give you a few examples... White, oblong, 93 on one side, 7214 on the opposite. White, oblong, GP 128.
