I am having back pain for a long period of time . (Almost three years ) MRI shows that there is a very mild bulge. Now for the past 6 months i have having severe leg ache (Right ) at the ankles. My neurologist was helping me with a minor stroke workup. As an afterthought, I said "I'm sure you can do nothing for my pedal neuropathy," and turned to leave his office. what is the use of this medicine? ## M Neuron Forte does not appear to be available in the U.S. and I am sorry to say that other countries do not regulate their prescription drugs as strictly as the FDA does. That said, finding information on them is very difficult, since there are no databases which list them all, like there are for U.S. prescription drugs. The only information I was able to gather is that this pill contains Vitamins and Minerals, and more specifically it states that it also contains Methylcobalamin (the better non synthetic form of Vitamin B12). The only other thing I can suggest is that you try asking your local doctor or pharmacist for more detailed information.

I am 75 years old .I had hematoma problem after a prossedur done 7 months back .since than I am having pain in my right leg near the hip joint my neuro docter is giving me neuropill and met neurobian for the past 2 months .now my blod test shows it is more than required level which is 1341.to day i have having pain in my knee joint .so advise me about taing further tablets .I am on nuropill 100 for the past three months .

For various reasons I suffer severe pain related to: Spinal Stenosis, herniated disc in cervical spine, previous broken tailbone. I have previously tried, Oxycontin, Hydrocodone, but now am on Fentanyl patch along with Neurontin. These only control about 50% of pain and have often "breakthrough" pain that is nearly unbearable. A friend recommended Methodone to add to these meds. Can anyone tell me if it would help? Also, would it be risky as far as overdosing? I had a mild Heart attack in 1998. After conducting Engiography , a team of Doctors decided for oral medicines . Still now I am taking the following madicines. 1. Cardace 2.5mg, 2.Metolar 50 Mg, 3. Clopilet 75mg and 4. Pansa 40. I had no cardiac or Hypertensive symtems after that. Later I became Diabetic since 2009 and I am taking Pioglit MF 15 since then. now I had pain on my legs mostly below the knees while walking. For various reasons I suffer from Spinal Stenosis, Herniated Disc in Cervical area of spine, also suffered a broken tailbone. I suffer from terrible nerve pain in my pelvic area, neck, down my legs and spine. My dr. has recently put me on 50mg fentayl patch. I also take Gabapintin. These still are only controling about 59% of my pain and if I do something to aggravate my injuries I sometimes get screaming pain. A friend recommended Methadone in conjunction with what I'm taking. I have taken Oxycontin, Oxycodone in high doses so my tolerance is very high. However, there is no guarantee that it will help you. Neurontin is an actual medication, it contains the anticonvulsant Gabapentin, which has been proven to help with certain types of nerve pain. Okay, I am a recovering drug addict. I was on Oxycontin and Methadone and Lorazapam. I was taking all of that for about six years and then decided to quit cold turkey. I went through horrible withdrawals in my room by myself for about two weeks. Now I have been on Neurotin for six years and I have to come off of it b/c I have lost insurance. I have severe muscle spasms in my upper back, by, and below my shoulder blade. It hurts to the touch. Which one of these medications (neurobion / methylcobalamin) is best to have? ## Neither one of these are actual medications, they are both just dietary supplements of vitamin B formulations, so there is no guarantee that either one will help. The FDA warns that they may cause nausea, and diarrhea, due to their potency. Have you checked with a doctor? Do you know what's causing the pain, and spasms? Are you on any other medications?
