Medicine To Get My Period Back After 8 Months Delayed

I stop taking birth control pills one month only..now august finish still i have no period..what medecine I take so that my period will comes out...pregnancy test negative...pls.suggest thanx...am 45 yrs.old taking the pills almost 4-yrs...only one month stop,period also stop. ## Hello, Vivian! You may even be post-menopausal and your doctor can check for that with a blood test. But when taking hormonal contraceptives, it basically forces you to have your period, even if you're experiencing perimenopause or menopause.

I have been taking Diane for the last 9 months and have now stopped because my doctor told me to take a break for 3 months. However it's been at least 7 days longer than my normal cycle when I used to be on the pill, and I still haven't gotten my period. Is this normal? Or could there be another explanation?

My period stopped for about three months, at first I thought I was pregnant so I went to the hospital to check and I was told it negative so the doctor prescribed a medicine for me, which didn't work I later went to a different hospital and she also gave me a different medicine. So about a week time my period started flowing and it also flowed for three months with this bunch of big blood clots. I haven't had periods for 9 months my doctor put me on primolut n 5 mg my breasts are very sore and have lumps the doctor did a blood test for pregnancy but it was negative I can not take the pain of my breasts what should I do what can be wrong? ## My period is delayed for 2 months..I have taken Primlout tablets..still haven't got periods. I am taking primulot N and bromegon because I have delayed periods (by 4 months). I am 31yrs. Is it ok? Hi... since beginning I had irregular periods. After I got married (I'm 27yrs old) my periods were kinda regular. But in between I had irregular periods again regular for 6 months , so my doc suggested himalaya evecare course for 3month.. at present I have eaten these meds for a month.. I was taking dronis 20 since 2 years. Now I have stopped taking since my last LMP on 1 may as I want to convince. However I have not have got period's till now. I am.worried as my baby plan is getting delayed. I am not sure if there is any side effects of it for taking 2 years . ## Stopping it abruptly may have thrown of your natural hormonal balance, according to NIH reports and it may take several months for your body to adjust so things return to normal and you are able to become pregnant. I had an irregular period problem, but after taking the proper medicine, my periods are regular now for the past 2 months. My last period was 21st september, but till now i didnt have my periods.
