Medicine For Sgpt Sgot

I am a kidney patient on dialysis. My sgpt & sgot levels increased to 333 & 264. Please tell me what medicine i can take? Earlier i had taken a nine month course of tuberculosis medication & it wasn't until later that doctors advised i stop the medicine. At that time my sgot & sgpt level was also high. I'm veg. & a non-alcoholic person. Please advise me on proper treatment.

I recently got my sgpt and sgot tested... They were 135 and 75. My doctor advised me udiliv 300 twice daily. Is it the correct medicine. How long should i have this medicine before i get my tests conducted again. Can i have alcohol 2-3 times a month in this liver condition. Hi. My sgot (serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase) level is 40 u/l and my sgpt (serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase) level is 37 u/l. Are these levels associated with a liver problem or is everything alright with my liver? Someone told me it's too high. Please advise.

My mother is taking godex ds since she have high cholesterol then yesterday we wnt back to lab and we found out that her lipid is already normal. Iam a type-2 diabetic for the past 10 years taking insulin 15 - 15. 3 Years back I was d diagonised with fatty liver and my bilirubin count is around 2 +/- .5. Hello, I recently had a liver profile test done along with an ultrasound of my abdomen due to persistent itching on my right side. The results identified a Grade 1 Fatty Liver with SGOT levels at 30.2 and SGPT levels at 38. All other functions appear normal, even my cholesterol is within normal limits. My doctor has prescribed Udiliv 300, to be taken twice daily for fifteen days. I'm uncertain whether this is the appropriate medication for my condition. Could anyone offer advice or share their own experiences with this medication? Thank you for your help.

I am using folitrax 20mg for soriatic artherities. My blood report on 22.05.12 shows the following results. SGOT / A S T 83 IU/L ; SGPT/ A L T 92 IU/L . Is the results indicated above ar due to use of above medicine. ## Of course definitely yes sir. its due to the over functioning of liver to detoxify and remove the folitrax content from your blood. please drink more and more water and completely stop or reduce the intake of coffee/tea and alcohol? just stop it. start green tea and protects your liver. sgot & SGPT are the characteristic enzymes in liver whose measure reflects the state of liver.

i am suffring from tb AND THEN DOCTOR prescribed to use ATK-4 after two weeks i felt fever then docotor suggested for SGOT(=93), SGPT(=63), then docotor told me to stop atk4 intead i am using some other medicine is it ok or when should i start atk4 again?

For a patient having an SGOT = 47 and SGPT = 58 what could be the effects of Proxen 500 on the liver? ## Proxen contains the active ingredient Naproxen, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and they are notoriously hard on the liver. However, only your doctor can decide if the benefits to you outweigh the risks of using it. Have you spoken to them about it?
