On july 25th i had intercourse. After july my next period date was aug 19th and my period did not come. I did the home pregnancy test and it showed negative 2 times now. I having problem of irregular periods and very low flow. Please advice me some medicine. ## My period has been irregular and when it comes doesn't flow well. I got my periods on the 17th of May. I took MP Forte Capsules on the 24th of June, but my next period has not yet come. I had tested via peganews also but it's negative. ## Why were you taking these tablets? MP Forte contains Paracetamol and Mefenamic Acid, this used to treat pain, fever and swelling. There is nothing in it that will help, if you are having irregular periods. Have you consulted a doctor?

Today I went to gynaecologist for my irregular periods and my marriage was settled. Before this I went two times to gynaecologist she gave gynacet tab I got periods for two months after that no periods for three months.today again I went she asked me tab for periods.I said because gynacet three months I am not getting.
