as i can learn from the above comments that medislim powder is not atually proven for weight loss, but one person from pharmacy suggested me that it will help to loose 8kgs a month when i skip my lunch and use MEDISLIM POWDER. please advice ## HOW TO TAKE YHIS POWDER CAN I TAKE IN WATER. My doctor advised me for taking medislim powder in dinner and zerofat 2 a day before lunch. Its been 2 months and I have lost 1 kg only. My weight was 95 kg. Due to job, its very difficult to go for exercise. I am 24 years old. Please tell me how much weight is reduced and in what tenure. Thanks,

does this product really work as it says ## It is a supplement, not an actual medication, this means that it has not actually been proven to help with anything, including weight loss. From the little information I can find on it, the active ingredients are: nopal cactus powder,apple fiber powder, kola nut extract,green tea extract and lecthin. Has anyone tried this product?
