I would like to ask about mecobalamin 0.5mg (500mg) which given by my orthopedic specialist because of am having slip disc.it is also contains vitamin B6 200mg and vitamin B1 100mg. I am N Raychaudhuri and 55 yrs old. Recently I am suffering for one month from severe knee pain all the day and cannot sleep..X ray report on knee does not show any abnormality.
