For about three years, I felt like my brain was unfocused. Lately I've gotten very clumsy and can type accurately on the computer. I moved to candler NC from Phoenix AZ where I was on pain medicine since 1978 but can't find a doctor here or pain manager that will write them for me. Does anyone know of a doctor in Asheville or surrounding areas that isn't afraid to write for them? I'm at my wits end and very much in pain.

Back in the hospital and the doctors are having a hard time finding an IV medication that will help lessen the chest pain from my pneumonia. I wear Fentanyl 75 mcg (changed every 72 hrs). It may be different from the tablet you previously received from your pharmacy due to the fact that there is currently a shortage of this medication. The reasons haven't been given, but the complete supply from one manufacturer isn't currently available. Several people have asked very similar questions. Some pharmacies have been unable to get in any generic supply, at all and have had to provide the name brand. Are there any other questions or concerns?

The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, weight changes, hypotension, and hair loss. There may come a time, when your body gets used to them, so they stop working, as well, and if so, you may need a dosage adjustment, or switch to alternative medications. I have just been told by my pharmacy that they will no longer fill my 30 mg oxycodone prescription. I have been prescribed 150 per month, for a few years, Now they (walgreens in North Palm beach) say they will only fill a prescription for 120 maximum per month. I am unsure of what to do? mc ## You're going to get the same response, regardless of what pharmacy you use. 120 a month of any given dosage is the maximum amount that is allowed to be prescribed each month. Many pharmacies got in trouble for not enforcing the limits, so they no longer have a choice in the matter, they can't fill for any amount higher than 120 a month. Hi I am on 37 mcg of fentanyl patch, I was on a 50mcg and a 12 , I weaned myself slowly cutting my patch, my pain doctor doesn't want me to do that, so I went down a 12 mcg .. Sun now it's wed and withdrawal is starting and I feel miserable, I guess my question is, is there something to ease these symtoms, I was on them for fibro and then they say opiads don't work for fibro because over time it makes pain worse.. How many international units (I.U.) are in 2.0 mcg of Vitamin B12? ## 120mcg of Vitamin K2 is equivalent to how many IU? ## I have never seen vitamin B-12 measured in (I.U) international units. It's almost always measured in micrograms. From what I've read, 2.4 mcg per day, is reportedly the FDA's recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for vitamin B12. The conversion charts that I've come across supporting MCG to IU only pertain to the following vitamins: A, B1 through B6, C, D & E. Perhaps contacting a local pharmacy may be your best bet? However, it seems to me that as long as you can measure the recommended daily allowance (e.g. 100% daily value) then that should be adequate enough for determining how much should be taken in any 24hr period unless specifically told o...

i took levotheroxine 0.05mg cause my Hermon was 5.3 for 50 days now my exam say i am normal when i should stop take this tablet cause the doctor tell me keep take it and iam start not trust him. ## You may always need to take it to in order to control the levels of your thyroid hormones, if they are imbalanced. If they are just staying at normal levels, then that likely means that the medication is working and maintaining them there.
